We stand behind our products and provide the following warranty to ensure your satisfaction. This Limited Warranty supplements and is an integral part of the Terms of Service. Terms not defined here are as defined in the Terms of Service.
WHO DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This limited warranty (“Warranty”) is issued by Switchless LLC (“Switchless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) to you, a consumer or gift recipient (as defined below), who received a TOGGLE, DIMMER, CLIMATE, MOTION + CLIMATE, or other product (“Product”) directly from us or from a Switchless-authorized reseller. This warranty is for the original purchaser or original gift recipient and is not transferable to subsequent purchasers or users. Proof of Product purchase may be required by Switchless for warranty coverage.
A “gift recipient” is an individual who received a new Product as a gift from the original purchaser. This Warranty covers purchases made within the United States and Canada. It is not valid for products bought from sources other than Switchless or a Switchless-authorized reseller.
WHAT DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER?
This Warranty covers defects in the smart switch or smart cover plate products that you purchased from us or a Switchless-authorized reseller in the United States or Canada during the Warranty Period (as defined below). Switchless warrants that, during the Warranty Period, the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and, under normal and intended use, will function substantially as per Switchless Product documentation and technical specifications.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY?
This Warranty does not cover the following:
- Commercial use of the Product.
- Software and software functionality, even if included or embedded in the Product.
- Any warranty that the use or operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- Internet connectivity.
- Damage or loss of access due to account or subscription termination or suspension.
- Data or content loss and associated recovery costs.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Defects or malfunctions due to non-compliant use with Product documentation, instructions, or technical specifications.
- Damage or equipment failure due to unauthorized modifications, abuse, neglect, accidents, natural disasters, or acts of God.
- Products purchased outside the United States.
- Products with removed or defaced serial numbers.
- Damage caused by improper maintenance or repair.
- Use of third-party parts or accessories not intended or compatible with the Product.
WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?
The “Warranty Period” starts from the date of purchase or delivery of the Product, whichever is later:

HOW DO YOU SUBMIT A CLAIM?
To make a claim under this Warranty, contact Switchless customer support team by visiting Switchless Support. Provide a detailed issue description and proof of purchase if requested.
If the Product and issue are covered by this Warranty, Switchless customer support will guide you through the claim process. Switchless will repair, replace, or refund the Product at its sole discretion. Replacements may be new, re-manufactured, or refurbished Products. The replacement Product will have the same Warranty Period as the original.
DISPUTES, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Disputes related to this Warranty or the Product will be governed by Switchless then-current dispute resolution procedures in the Terms of Service.
This Warranty is exclusive and supersedes any prior representations. Additional limitations are detailed in the Terms of Service.
OTHER RESOURCES
In the event of any conflict between this Warranty, user manual warranties, or the Terms of Service, this Warranty and the Terms of Service will prevail. For further assistance or questions about this Warranty, visit Switchless Support.
